Employer of the Year
Who can enter?
Any beauty salon, nail salon, spa or aesthetic clinic business in the UK that opened before the end of 2015 and employs full- and/or part-time therapists and/or nail technicians and/or aestheticians. Product brands and suppliers are not eligible to enter this award.
Make-up Specialist of the Year
Who can enter?
Any make-up artist or therapist providing full make-up services who has been working in a salon or spa or as a freelance or mobile make-up artist since at least October 2015.
Therapist of the Year
Who can enter?
Any beauty therapist who has been working in a salon or spa or as a mobile therapist since at least October 2015. Therapists who work from their own homes are eligible to enter.
Nail Professional of the Year
Who can enter?
Any nail technician or therapist who performs nail treatments, who has been working in a salon or spa or as a mobile tech or therapist since at least October 2015. Home-based techs are eligible to enter.
Nail Salon of the Year
Who can enter?
Any salon in the UK that opened before the end of 2015 and advertises itself as doing mainly or exclusively nails or hand and foot services.
Medical Aesthetic Clinic of the Year
Who can enter?
Any clinic in the UK that opened before the end of 2015 and offers invasive and/or non-invasive aesthetic treatments. These may include (but are not limited to) botulinum toxin, dermal fillers, peels, radio frequency, laser treatments, body contouring, minor cosmetic surgery and cosmeceutical-based skincare. The clinic must have a medical practitioner (i.e doctor, nurse or dentist) working on site.
